    BACKGROUND

    Beautiful Mind is a company that specializes in creating and selling eco-friendly beauty and personal care products. They partnered with Getrons, a company that specializes in PPC advertising and optimization, to help increase their sales and return on advertising spend. The partnership aimed to help Beautiful Mind scale their PPC efforts and increase revenue while maintaining healthy profit margins.

     

    This included optimizing their PPC campaigns, which involved identifying and targeting the right audience to increase conversions and sales. Additionally, Getrons helped Beautiful Mind to control advertising costs, which helped to maintain profitability. This involved monitoring and analyzing the data to optimize ad spend and improve performance, testing different ad formats and targeting options to find the most effective strategies, and identifying and eliminating underperforming campaigns. The goal of the partnership was to help Beautiful Mind achieve sustainable growth and improve the ROI of their PPC campaigns.

    • The budget allowed for campaigns was low.

    • Q3 was approaching and the brand had a low best seller rank (BSR) when we took control.

    • The product price was low with very slim profit margins.

    • The niche was populated with Amazon basics as our top competitor

    • No negative targeting in campaigns, which required optimization of existing campaigns instead of creating new ones.

    • The listing’s back-end was not optimized, which required SEO to be done all over again, which ultimately helped with organic ranking.

    Getrons built a good working relationship with the Beautiful Mind team and identified all the gaps in their sponsored ads campaigns.

     

    By introducing new match types, creating new sponsored brands, and sponsored display campaigns, Getrons helped Beautiful Mind achieve a return on ad spend (ROAS) much higher than their expectations and build perfect brand recognition in the market.

     

    Our keyword funneling techniques, careful daily monitoring, and timely decision making helped Beautiful Mind achieve their goals and build a profitable brand on Amazon.

    To tackle these challenges, we tailored a PPC strategy specifically for Beautiful Mind’s product and built our ads in the following flow:

     

    • Sponsored Products (Auto)
    • Sponsored Products Manual (Broad), Phrase — to Exact
    • Running Sponsored Brand Ads on keywords that had good conversion throughout
    • Running Sponsored Display Ads on ASIN targets that had both inferior listing quantity and were closely related to our products.

     

    Before partnering with Getrons the account was running only one campaign type – Sponsored Products, and that too only in auto and exact match types. We introduced Modified Broad match, which has specific criteria and is perfect for garnering more views on search terms closely related to our product. We also ran phrase and broad match campaigns named as catch-all campaigns in phrase match and fruit campaigns which have very low CPC and can get millions of impressions with minimum spend. The max CPC for these campaigns allowed is $0.15 among other specially designed campaigns that we keep to ourselves.

    We optimized Beautiful Mind’s product listings to ensure they were fully optimized for search, including title, bullet points, description, and images. We also made sure that all relevant keywords were included in the listing.

    We worked on improving the organic search ranking of Beautiful Mind’s product listings by implementing on-page and off-page SEO strategies. This included building backlinks, optimizing meta tags, and improving the overall structure of the listings.

The efforts of Arial Consulting Group and Beautiful Mind paid off, resulting in a 247% increase in ROAS and a decrease in ACOS from 120% to 18% in the last year. The monthly revenue increased from $11K to $56K. The attached graph shows the significant increase in revenue and the noticeable decrease in total ACOS.
